These rules and agreements govern the relationship between sellers and buyers of digital products on the website pusher.cv.

Please carefully review these rules to avoid conflicts. If you are unsure whether a digital product is necessary for you or doubt its functionality meets your requirements, we kindly ask you to refrain from purchasing until you are fully confident in its necessity. General Service Rules

1. The administration of the pusher.cv Service provides a platform for third-party users and developers to sell digital products (hereinafter – Products).
2. The Service operates under Ukrainian law, and all disputes are resolved in accordance with it.
3. The Service does not verify the copyright of the Products sold.
4. Full responsibility for the content, presentation, and compliance with Ukrainian law lies with the user who adds the Product and its description to the Service (hereinafter – Author).
5. The Service does not provide support for sold Products or consult buyers (hereinafter – Buyers) on their maintenance or use.
6. All matters related to warranty support, Buyer assistance, and consultation on Product use are handled by the Authors through the Service’s communication tools or other means.
7. The Service reserves the right to modify or remove Products at any time if they violate rules regarding their presentation or distribution.

Author’s Obligations

1. Provide a complete description of the Product, adhering to the Service’s rules for adding Products.
2. Ensure support for Buyers of their Products.
3. Independently assist Buyers with Product usage and resolve any issues related to their operation.
4. Promptly update the Product description if necessary.
5. Remove the Product if its sales are discontinued and no further sales are planned.

To Buyers

1. Digital products are sold “as is,” with no liability on the part of the developer for consequences arising from their use after purchase.
2. If a digital product is tied to a domain:
3. It requires additional activation with a special key.
4. The distribution terms allow its use on only one domain.
5. To use it on other domains (sites), an additional license must be purchased.
6. Distribution terms do not apply to functionality issues.
7. If you wish to change the domain for using the plugin, please send a request to the support team.
8. Products purchased on this site are intangible and therefore cannot be returned.
9. Refunds for a purchased plugin may be issued in case of an unresolvable issue with its functionality or if the stated functionality does not match the actual performance.
10. If a Buyer reports a Product as non-functional, the support team may request access to the administrative section of the Buyer’s website where the Product is installed and activated for verification.

Public Offer

The website operates under a Public Offer. By placing an order on pusher.cv, the Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms of the public offer.
